Property Manager Jordan McDowell began property management in Pensacola in 1988. He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Pensacola NARPM chapter. Jordan attends many eduactional events every year to maintain the highest levels of education in his field.

Broker Dan Gullahorn opened the Century 21 Amerisouth Realty franchise in 2004 and has increased sales every year while earning annual awards for customer service. Many of our sales agents have recently recieved awards for exceeding 2 million dollars in annual sales while maintaing an astononishing 90% approval rate.

Dan and Jordan both have owned investment rental properties for many years.
